Phoenix
Phoenix was our first Weimaraner. He is 7 years old and is a very laid back guy with a loving personality. Phoenix is not a show dog like Lilly and Peyton. He is our couch potato. He has taught us a lot about Weimaraners since he became a member of our family. He may not have the best conformation, but he has been to a lot of obedience classes and knows several cool tricks. He loves to get attention from any visitor that walks in our door. Phoenix has accepted his role in our pack as the subservient to Lilly and Peyton, but he will let them know when they get to be too bothersome.

Phoenix finds great excitement in life from napping, playing ball, going on runs, and swimming. This guy absolutely loves swimming and retrieving anything in the water. He could swim for hours.
Nikki is training for a mini-marathon and Phoenix loves to come along. He gets so excited to go on runs that he can't even sit still long enough to put the leash on.

Phoenix is also good at posing for portraits. He will pose forever if you give him a treat. Together, Phoenix and Nikki could become the next William Wegman duo!
While Phoenix doesn’t possess many of the attributes that a top show/field weimaraner must have, he was the start of our passion for the breed. For that we are truly grateful for him.
